The Ox series liquid ring are designed for years of trouble free
operation. With only one moving part, the impeller, it's easy to imagine
why the Ox is so reliable. The bearings are set outside of the pumping chamber so whatever materials enter the pump can't reach the heavy duty external ball bearings. Large internal radial clearances enable the ox liquid ring to pass up to 1/4" soft solids, and this machine actually increases it's efficiencies when encountering saturated air loads as found in many meat packaging and food processing applications. The Ox liquid ring is also available
with staged air ejectors for 10mm HgA operation.

The Viper series rotary vane are designed for the harsh
environments found in the meat packaging and food processing
industries. From being wash down friendly to there specially designed high compression ratios and gas-ballasting to handle saturated air loads this is a machine you can take out of the box, apply electrical and inlet piping,
energize it and watch how fast it can package product to .5mm HgA
consistently. All Viper series pumps can be staged with mechanical
boosters for even faster vacuum packaging speeds.

  Viper Series two stage rotary vanes are designed
for the challenging applications found in the food industries including
refrigeration evacuation at cold storage facilities where repeatability is key to efficient processing. Designed with optimal compression between the first and second stage the Viper two stage can generate pressures down to .0005mm
HgA in a direct drive configuration. Gas-ballasting and ISO/KF
connections are standard.
